GEORGIA On September 13, 2005, the Georgia Structural Pest Control Commission approved a proposal made by Commissioner of Agriculture Tommy Irvin to allow pest management professionals previously certified or registered in one of the affected states to be granted a temporary work permit without testing or fee.
